    摘要:MIn(WO4)(2) (M = Li, Na, and K) with InO6 and WO6 octahedra were synthesized via a conventional solid-state reaction method. The photophysical and photocatalytic properties were studied. Compared with WO3, which is unable to evolve H-2 from an aqueous CH3OH solution under illumination, the three materials can evolve H-2 and O-2 from aqueous solutions with CH3OH and AgNO3 sacrificial reagents, respectively. The activity order of photocatalytic H-2 evolution is NaIn(WO4)(2) > LiIn(WO4)(2) > KIn(WO4)(2) under irradiation (lambda > 200 nm). Under irradiation (lambda > 300 nm), however, LiIn(WO4)(2) has a high activity for photocatalytic H-2 evolution over NaIn(WO4)(2). It is also noteworthy that LiIn(WO4)(2) and NaIn(WO4)(2) exhibit the ability to split pure water. The results suggest that the bottoms of the conduction bands in these photocatalysts are raised to meet the potential requirements of photocatalytic H-2 evolution.

    摘要:基于SERS技术,我们设计了一种化学传感器用于高灵敏检测锌离子。该传感器是在银纳米粒子基底上修饰一层探针分子,通过锌离子与探针分子间的络合作用引起探针分子拉曼谱图的变化来检测锌离子。该方法不仅灵敏度高,其检出限低至10~(-16) M,而且选择性好,可以在钙铝铁铅银锰钴镍等多种离子中特异性检测锌离子。更重要的是该方法可以用于自来水、细胞等实际样中锌离子的检测,这为一些小分子及离子的检测提供了新方法和新思路。
  • 【专利】 Process for composite free layer in CPP GMR or TMR device

    摘要:The conventional free layer in a CPP GMR or TMR read head has been replaced by a tri-layer laminate comprising Co rich CoFe, moderately Fe rich NiFe, and heavily Fe rich NiFe. The result is an improved device that has a higher MR ratio than prior art devices, while still maintaining free layer softness and acceptable magnetostriction. A process for manufacturing the device is described.

    摘要:With the purpose of knockout bp26 and wboA of Brucella suis S2 and investigating the immunogenicity of Brucella suis S2/Δbp26ΔwboA as a vaccine candidate, the suicide plasmid was constructed by the conventional methods.The suicide plasmid was then introduced into attenuated B.suis live vaccine S2 bacteria, and the resultant transformants were screened by antibiotics and sucrose for production of Brucella suis S2/Δbp26ΔwboA.The S2/Δbp26ΔwboA(S13) was characterized by PCR, SDS-PAGE and sequencing.The safety and immunogenicity of S13 was further evaluated in mice and sheep, the result suggested that S13 was safer than S2.In mice, S13 demonstrated a similar capacity of inducing pathogen-specific serum antibody response, T cell responses, secretion of gamma interferon and interleukin-4, and protection levels against Brucella melitensis M28 challenge, as the attenuated B.suis live vaccine.In sheep, S13 could be discriminated between the wild Brucella strains by our POCT kits and induce the similar immune responses.These data suggested that S13 could confer protection against Brucella infection and may be developed as a new vaccine candidate.

    摘要:力致荧光变色材料在新型传感器、商标防伪、信息存储等领域具有诱人的应用前景~([1])。基于有机磷/碘化亚铜簇的配合物由于立方烷碘化亚铜中心的结构柔性和丰富的d~(10)-d~(10)相互作用在力致荧光变色材料中占据重要地位~([2])。但是有机配体的电子性质对变色的调控行为仍不清楚。本文使用在三苯基磷的对位引入给电子基,与碘化亚铜反应制备得到一个新型具有明显力致荧光变色的配合物[Cu_4I_4(Tris(p-Methoxyphenyl)Phosphine)_4]。该化合物存在一个畸变的Cu_4I_4立方烷,并可发现强的Cu-Cu亲金属作用(图1)。如图2所示,配合物在经过研磨后,其发射波长由原来的λ=520nm变为λ=534nm,发射强度也明显减弱,可见其具有明显的力致荧光变色现象。

    摘要:针对重复频率运行下低温氦气冷却的间隔掺杂Yb:YAG叠片激光放大器中热效应的问题,提出了一种多层Cr~(4+):YAG热管理技术。利用三维有限元和琼斯矩阵方法,分析了不同Cr:YAG结构激光介质中温度和应力应变分布,并模拟计算了热致双折射退偏损耗和波前畸变。数值结果表明,通过设计两层和三层Cr:YAG结构,增益区内的横向温差降低到1.5 K以内,光束经过整个放大器后平均退偏损耗和波前畸变可分别减少到0.5%、0.8λ;进一步合理地设计Cr:YAG层数和吸收系数能有效消除热效应对光束质量的影响。

    摘要:IL-2 plays a key role in the survival and proliferation of immune cells,especially T lymphocytes.Its expression is precisely regulated at both transcriptional and posttranscriptional level.IL-2 is known to be regulated by RNA binding proteins,such as tristetraprolin(TTP),via an AU-rich element(ARE)in the 3’-untranslated region(3’UT R)to influence the stability of mRNA.MCPIP1,identified as a novel RNase,can degrade IL-6,IL-12 and TNF-αmRNA by an ARE-independent pathway through the activation of macrophages.Sequence analysis shows the presence of the conserved non-ARE elements in the IL-2 mRNA 3’UT R,suggesting that the non-ARE elements may also be involved in the IL-2 posttranscriptional regulation.It has been reported

    摘要:The inverse problem is an essential problem in robot kinematics.In order to deal with the inverse kinematic problems of hydraulic quadruped robot,the motion process of a single leg is modeled,simulated and analyzed.A new method based on particle swarm optimization(PSO) is proposed in this paper to overcome low computational efficiency,long calculation time and accumulative error.The proposed algorithm is attributed to:1) limit the range of particles initialization;2) select suitable compressibility factors;3) employ linear interpolation method to improve the efficiency of the inverse algorithm.The simulation results demonstrate that the developed method can provide enhanced computational efficiency and significantly reduce the calculation time while ensuring the precision requirement,and can also eliminate the accumulative error.
