    摘要:Ni2P catalysts supported on ZSM-5, Beta, and USY zeolites were prepared by temperature-programmed reduction (TPR), applied for the hydrocracking of naphthalene, and characterized by BET, CO uptake, NH3-TPD, TEM, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS). The catalytic activity was tested at 673 K and 3.0 MPa in a three-phase fixed bed reactor for hydrocracking of naphthalene. The Ni2P/Beta exhibited best activity with a naphthalene conversion of 99%, and a BTX yield of 94.4%. Well-dispersed Ni2P particles combined with Moderate acidity and porosity of zeolite Beta contributed to the enhanced hydrocracking activity of naphthalene into BTX. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V.   • 【期刊】 XAS study of Ni2P/MCM-41 prepared by hydrogen plasma reduction

    摘要:Two Ni2P hydrodesulfurization (HDS) catalysts supported over siliceous MCM-41 were prepared by the conventional temperature-programmed reduction method (Ni2P-TPR) and a novel hydrogen plasma reduction method (Ni2P-PR). They were characterized by XRD and XAS. Their catalytic performances were evaluated by HDS of dibenzothiophene. The results indicated that a well dispersed Ni2P phase with crystal structure close to the standard was obtained by the hydrogen plasma reduction. For the catalyst prepared by the temperature-programmed reduction method, extra phosphorus was found in the lattice of Ni2P phase, leading to the lattice distortion, the increase in the Ni-P coordination number, and the decrease in the Ni-Ni coordination number with lengthening of its bond distance. Ni in Ni2P-TPR was more electron deficient than that in Ni2P-PR, probably due to the electronic interaction between Ni and the extra P present in Ni2P-TPR. Consequently, Ni2P-TPR showed higher hydrogenation selectivity than Ni2P-PR. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

  • 【期刊】 Facile synthesis of Ni-coated Ni2P for supercapacitor applications

    摘要:Ni2P particles are coated homogenously with amorphous Ni by an electroless plating process. The Ni coating exhibits a nanoflake morphology and has 20-30 nm in thickness after plating for 10 min. As electrochemical capacitor materials, the pseudocapacitor behaviors are investigated by cyclic voltammograms and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests in 2 M LiOH. The Ni-coated Ni2P delivers high specific capacitances of 581 F g(-1) at 1 A g(-1) and 464 F g(-1) at 40 A g(-1), respectively, and also exhibits superior cycling performance. The specific capacitance can achieve a maximum of 1115 F g(-1) at 2 A g(-1), which can still maintain 1029 F g(-1) (92.3% capacity retention) after 3000 cycles. The enhanced pseudocapacitive performances are mainly attributed to its flake-like Ni coating which can provide fast ion and electron transfer and large amounts of active sites.

    摘要:用于催化脱氢反应的Ni_2P/Al_2O_3催化剂易于积炭失活。针对这一问题,设计并研究了其再生方案。失活后的Ni_2P/Al_2O_3催化剂在不同温度下烧炭后,以次磷酸铵(NH_4H_2PO_2)为补磷剂,对其进行补磷。采用热重-差示热分析(TG-DTA)确定失活催化剂烧炭温度,采用X射线衍射(XRD)表征烧炭后催化剂表面活性相变化,采用低温N_2吸附-脱附表征烧炭后催化剂孔结构变化;并以环己烷为模型化合物评价再生催化剂的脱氢催化性能。结果表明,700℃烧炭后Ni_2P/Al_2O_3催化剂表面大部分积炭被烧除,同时表面部分活性组分转化为NiO;然后以NH_4H_2PO_2为补磷剂,采用浸渍法补磷,当n(P)/n(Ni)=1时,补磷后催化剂催化环己烷脱氢反应的转化率为99.21%、苯产率为97.78%,此种烧炭-补磷再生催化剂的脱氢催化活性和目的产物选择性最佳。

    摘要:采用低温中和法制备负载型Ni2P/Ti O2-Al2O3催化剂和水热合成法制备Ni2P催化剂,采用XRD技术对两种催化剂进行表征。在小型连续固定床反应器上,以二苯并噻吩和正十二烷的混合液为模型化合物,考察Ni2P/Ti O2-Al2O3和Ni2P催化剂的加氢脱硫性能。实验结果表明,制备Ni2P/Ti O2-Al2O3催化剂的适宜条件为:合成次磷酸镍的反应温度50~55℃、n(P)∶n(Ni)=2.2、溶液p H=2.5、载体n(Ti)∶n(Al)=1∶4、Ni2P的负载量为25%(w),在此条件下制备的Ni2P/Ti O2-Al2O3催化剂的加氢脱硫活性可达97.1%;利用乙二醇-水混合溶液为溶剂,制备非负载型Ni2P催化剂,加氢脱硫活性较高,达到97.9%;综合对比两种催化剂,负载型Ni2P/Ti O2-Al2O3催化剂的性价比更高。

    摘要:The deactivation of the Ni2P/SiO2 catalyst in the hydrodechlorination of chlorobenzene was studied. To better illuminate the reasons for the deactivation, the effect of HC1 on the structure and activity of Ni2P/SiO2 was investigated. For comparison, the deactivation of the Ni/SiO2 catalyst was also involved. It was found that the Ni2P particles possessed good resistance to HC1 poison and to sintering, which is ascribed to the electron-deficiency of Ni delta+(0 < delta < 1) site in Ni2P. Acted as the Lewis and Bronsted acid site, the Ni delta+ site and the P-OH group on Ni2P/SiO2 catalyzed the formation of the carbonaceous deposit that was difficultly eliminated by hydrogenation. The carbonaceous deposit covered the active sites and might also induce a decrease in the Ni2P crystallinity, subsequently leading to the Ni2P/SiO2 deactivation. Different from Ni2P/Si02, Ni/SiO2 was mainly deactivated by the chlorine poison and the sintering of nickel crystallites. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

    摘要:以MCM-41和Ti-MCM-41介孔分子筛为载体,低温还原法(400℃)制备了磷化镍催化剂。采用XRD、BET、FT-IR、Py-FT-IR、XPS、CO吸附等手段对催化剂进行了表征。采用固定床反应器,以二苯并噻吩为模型化合物,评价了磷化镍催化剂的加氢脱硫催化性能。结果表明,金属Ti的引入可以增强载体和催化剂的B酸和L酸酸性;金属Ti因其电子助剂的作用,能够促进更细小尺寸的Ni_2P活性相的形成。在反应温度340℃、反应压力3.0 MPa、质量空速(MHSV)3.5h~(-1)、V(H_2)/V(Oil)=650的条件下,Ni_2P/Ti-MCM-41催化二苯并噻吩加氢脱硫反应的转化率高达99.38%,与相同条件下制备的Ni_2P/MCM-41相比,提高了约17百分点。Ni_2P/Ti-MCM-41催化剂具有更优的原料处理能力和更佳的催化活性的原因可归结为金属Ti的电子效应、活性相的尺寸和分散度以及催化剂适宜的酸性。
